A lot has happened in the last 11 months.  The biggest thing is that I am in the process of divorcing my husband.  It has been very difficult. We had so much water damage and found old rot and carpenter ants, that we had to move out of the house for almost 3 months this summer.  We got back in 3 weeks ago.  It will take me a year to unpack.  But, I got a new house out of it!
